During the first appointment, you & your therapist will create therapy goals, learn about your current/past life experiences, any symptoms you may be having, and get to know each other better through the intake process. LYB Wellness strives to create an environment that is comfortable, affirming, and non judgmental.

No, we are not accepting insurance at this time. We can send a SuperBill for you to send to your insurance.

Rates for Therapy Services:

$200.00/50 minute Initial Intake

$150.00/50 minute Individual session

$210.00/50 minute Couple & relationship session (2 clients)

$275.00/70 minute Family session

Therapist & client confidentiality is protected with certain exceptions determined by law.
